How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in My Account page.
Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3-10 business days to get your order ready and dispatch.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number of your parcel.
If you did not receive your tracking number, and you cannot find our email in your inbox and spam mailbox, please let us know immediately.
Do you send orders Internationally?
We ship free to United States by standard shipping with an estimate 2-4 weeks delivery time.
For other countries, you will enjoy free standard shipping for orders over US$150. For orders under UD$150, you will be charge a small delivery fee of US$10.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2-4 weeks or more for the standard shipping depending on location for all orders. If you need your delivery carried out by express shipping or other premium carrier, please state it in your order.
Is your website secure with payment and my personal information?
Absolutely! Our website use SSL security to make sure all of your personal information is encrypted.
As for payments, we use PayPal as the secure payment gateway to ensure the safety of you and your payment. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
What if I change my mind or item is damaged?
We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. If you do not want the product anymore after ordered, let us know within 48 hours after purchase. We will arrange the cancellation for you.
If you already received the products and find damages on it, please contact us immediately. We recommend you to use a trackable carrier for the return. Please note you will be responsible for the shipping fee and insurance charges.

Why did my order stopped updating?
Your items may be held at the customs. We will check the status and do what we can for you. On the other hand You may also need to contact your post office or local customs office for more details.
Do you charge any duties and taxes?
You will not be charged any additional customs tax or fee in the orders from us. However we are not liable for payments in case of any tax or import fees for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please check carefully the customs policies of your country before purchasing.
We are unable to refund if these charges occurred for your order since they are paid to your local carrier or customs of your country.
